Membership and billing

After the 30-day free trial, membership is $14.99 a month or $149.99 a year, plus applicable tax. It renews automatically until you cancel.

We send a reminder before each renewal. Stripe, our payment processor, emails you a receipt after each charge.

Cancel in Your account. Canceling ends your membership right away, takes down any horse listings you have active, and stops future charges. Payments already made are not refunded.

Listings need an active membership

If your membership ends, all of your live listings come down right away. They are kept as inactive listings. When you rejoin, review each one and republish it yourself.

If a payment fails

We email you right away, and the payment is tried again about 24 hours and about 48 hours later. Your listings stay live for 72 hours after the first failed payment. If the payment still has not gone through by then, the affected listings come down. After you pay, review each listing and republish it yourself.
